"I am remiss by not sending a review when I first did business with Rendevous! I needed new window coverings for my master bedroom and Rendevous was recommended to me by Modelhom, who helped me with some new furniture. I called Rendevous and left Jason a message. He returned my call within the hour. Jason came out and showed me samples of both draperies, shears and hardware. I also had some ready-made panels for my living room and family room which needed to be hemmed. He measured my walls and the panels and told me exactly how long each panel should be. I ordered draperies, shears and hardware. We set a date and time for installation. He came to install the drapes and hardware for the ready-made, which he installed quickly and professionally. At that time I jokingly asked about another window in the master bathroom which is obscured glass tiles next to a garden tub. There was no window covering and it made sleeping in pretty difficult. He suggested a motorized shade which is perfect. We ordered it and it works perfectly. We did have one problem with the shade not working. I called and he again called back within an hour. He was on vacation, but returning the next day. He came and the problem was batteries had expired. He fixed it and also helped me hang a difficult painting. The customer service is the best I have seen in a long time. They are prompt, courteous, have great service and quality goods. I highly recommend!"

"I am fairly new to the Central Coast, and remodeling my home here seemed daunting. As you know, there are trades people that are great at what they do and others -not so great. A friend of mine suggested I give Rendezvous a try. She had been very happy with them. My experience was perfect from beginning to end. Jason is a pro at his trade and has a great eye for what should and should not be used in your home. He can be counted on to be punctual for appointments and his word is golden when he gives you a time and date for install. I can't believe that no one else has reviewed Rendezvous Shutters Shades Drapery. I doubt you'd be anything but completely happy doing business with this company."
